1. HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
All orders ship same or next business day. Business days are Mon–Saturday, we do not package and ship on Sundays. When the package is ready to ship, we will ship it out the desired way that the customer selected. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day.
2. I PLACED AN ORDER, WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Orders that are placed will be processed and shipped same or next day. In those days expect a tracking label to be made. You will receive an email with your tracking number when the label is made and the package goes out.
3. I HAVE MY TRACKING NUMBER, WHY DOESN'T IT WORK?
If you have just received an email with your tracking number, it will take 24 hours for the shipping carrier to scan it into the system and for the tracking to start working.

USPS FIRST CLASS:
All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 1-4 business days after the order is fulfilled and shipped. USPS First Class parcel service is not a guaranteed service, and in some rare cases can take up to 2 weeks or longer in transit. If timing is critical, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail service and paying the extra charge. If your USPS First Class parcel has not arrived after 14 days in transit, please contact us for resolution.
